At SHOPALI, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Please read the following Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels intact.
  • The item must be purchased directly from SHOPALI (not from third-party sellers).

Note: We do not accept returns on used, opened, or partially used perfume bottles unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@shopali.xyz or call 586-752-7888 within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide Order Details: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-14 business days after the return is processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to your card. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Note: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (such as being used, opened, or outside of the return window), your request may be denied, and the item will be returned to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@shopali.xyz with the following information:

  • Order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

In these cases, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized sources

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return the original product and place a new order.
